COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN
(Updated June 15, 2021)
For the health and safety of our patients and staff, our office will not be relaxing or eliminating our COVID safety practices. We will continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Department of Public Health, and our local Optometric societies moving forward.
Our current office hours are Monday – Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm and Saturday 10am-2pm by appointment only. This includes appointments to pick up glasses or contacts as we need to limit the number of patients in our office to allow for proper social distancing.
Measures We Are Taking To Ensure Your Safety:
We are limiting the number of appointments we offer, to reduce the amount of patients in the office at any one time.
Measures We Need Our Patients To Follow:
We're All In This Togethe
Thank you for your continued patience and support as we work through this time together.
We are happy to offer adjustments to glasses and curbside pickup, but ask that you make an appointment.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Please call or text (415) 664-2022 or email info@taravaleyecare.com if you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment.
