We accept Vision Service Plan (VSP) and Medical Eye Services (MES) vision plans. In addition, we are able to bill some medical insurance plans (please inquire) for some services. Flexible spending accounts (FSA) offered by your company allow you to spend pre-tax dollars on expenses such as eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. We would be happy to assist you with questions regarding insurance providers and payment options.
COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMINATIONS
Your current presciption may feel fine, however we encourage yearly check-ups to insure healthy eyes. Regular eye exams are recommended for all ages, especially those with familiy histories of ocular diseases, high blood pressure, and diabetes. The early detection of some diseases is possible before problems begin. Examinations include:
- Presciption analysis for eyeglasses
- Binocularity - how both eyes work together
• Eye muscle movement/coordination
• Strabismus (wandering eye)
• Amblyopia (lazy eye)
- Ocular health
• Glaucoma evaluation
• Cataract check and monitoring
• Retinal abnormalities
• Macular degeneration
• Infections/Allergies
• Abrasion/injury
- Visual field testing
- Dilation/retinal photography when necessary

- Outside prescriptions are welcome
